- Experience on Desktop and Intel Server technologies and systems
- Experience within service delivery in a large complex, fast paced desktop environment
- Strong customer relationship management and vendor management skills
- Should have experience managing a team consists of Service Desk and Desktop Engineers
- Experience managing VIPs, 2nd and 3rd line support of desktop platform and infrastructure inclduing Virtual Desktop Solution
