  • Experience within service delivery in a large complex, fast paced desktop environment
  • Strong customer relationship management and vendor management skills
  • Should have experience managing a team consists of Service Desk and Desktop Engineers
  • Experience managing VIPs, 2nd and 3rd line support of desktop platform and infrastructure inclduing Virtual Desktop Solution
