The Opportunity
As a Sourcing Specialist, you are part of the Recruitment team responsible for proactively identifying, building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates within the banking space
- Source for potential and passive candidates through direct channels; social media, LinkedIn, extensive name generation research and relationship building.
- Screen potential candidates to determine their capabilities through phone interviews
- Build good relationships with passive talent.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience recruiting within FI industry, FMCG, Fintech or E commerce
- Experience as a Talent Acquisition is highly advantageous advantage.
- Excellent research and candidate generation skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Familiar with direct sourcing techniques.
- You can articulate and understand the specific role requirements of sales roles in the banking space.
- Good phone interview skills and telephone etiquette.
