Responsibility:
- Establish standards and best practices for data management
- Create and maintain logical / physical data models and data lineage based on business requirements, business process flows, data sources & data flows
- Review and approve data model designs to ensure integrity, accuracy & quality of data within the enterprise data warehouse and other BI applications
- Manage and implement master data management capabilities
- Manage and implement metadata management capabilities
- Engage with business stakeholders for implementing data quality rules
- Manage and implement data quality management capabilities
- Maintain and optimize the performance of our data warehouse environment
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in data warehouse, relational & dimensional data modeling, and performance tuning of large scale data warehouses
- Experience in designing and developing data models, integrating data from multiple sources, data flow design, building ETL pipelines for data warehouse
- Solid understanding and implementing master data management
- Solid understanding of metadata management best practices with experience implementing or operating a metadata repository
- Solid understanding of data quality management
- Strong knowledge in SQL
- Strong understanding of Telco data models
Technical competency (At least 3):
- Data warehouse
- Business Intelligence
- Relational Database Management System (RDBMS)
- Big Data Platform based on Hadoop
- SQL
- Informatica ETL or equivalent
- Master Data Management
- Meta Data Management
