Job Description

Supply Chain Planner

  • 12 months contract, renewable
  • Work location: Depot Close

Our Client

  • Multinational technology services firm

The Opportunity

  • Manage and generate PS backlog report with back date and upload to Sharepoint
  • Consolidate and combine PS backlog report into Sharepoint
  • Consolidate and combine PS market share report into Sharepoint
  • Track and actively manage the Ship Mode Mix report into Sharepoint
  • Track and actively manage backlog ack date commitment for Rev Max attainment reporting
  • E&O accruals for DOA/Sale Return and co-ordinate with value recovery team for TTG sale in Mentor Media Return WH
  • Manage and analyze S4 order fallouts (i.e. Aging Trade PO with no ack date, Block and etc)
  • Support planner in tracking and actively manage PS execution order blocks (like OPP, SEA, EOL, SCAL and etc)
  • Support planner in tracking and actively manage the backlog escalation report
  • Support planner in tracking and actively manage BTS stocking program and inventory ( shippable, sales return) in SGP Mentor Media
  • Support planner in tracking and actively manage SB backlog report
  • Support planner in tracking and actively manage MOT change (EDI860)
  • Others: Adhoc planning support and report requested by planners and manager

Your Background

  • First level university degree or equivalent experience;
  • Typically 4 to 6 years of experience in a supply chain function.
