RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will be providing best in class tech support to corporate clients on their products over e-mail
  • Maintain workflow of receiving, triaging and responding to technically oriented requests in timely manner
  • Troubleshooting to resolve issues prior to escalation
  • Work closely with products and technical teams to continuously improve and identify area of improvement and feedback

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma with 3+ years experience in technical support role within digital, marketing, multimedia, internet or other similar field
  • Experience in graphs and marketing APIs will be highly advantageous
  • Strong written and communications skills in English
  • Fast-learner, team-player and able to work in a fast-moving environment
  • Keen to commit for 1-year contract
