Talent Acquisition Partner, South East Asia

The Opportunity

  • Collaborates closely with all stakeholders in our business to deliver the very best hiring experience for both managers and candidates
  • Work very closely with hiring managers to ensure that he/she understands the needs of the manager, the job requirements and expectations of the job
  • Source and recruit candidates using a variety of outlets, such as job postings and social media, while effectively targeting the right kinds of candidates for the job
  • Partner with our HR Business Partners and Talent Management team to deliver on an integrated talent agenda
  • Lead on all research, market mapping, talent profiling and analysis relating to business-driven mandates
  • Creative sourcing of diverse talent with from industries that would complement and help drive goals
  • Provide regular updates and data driven insights to Executive Management to help influence decision making related to talent

Your Background

  • At least 10 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition gained from both an agency and in- house environment
  • Experience in hiring for global MNCs preferably from payments, banking or high-tech companies
  • Experience recruiting for any of the following skill sets: Sales, Product Management, Consulting, Marketing and Technology
  • Experience recruiting within South East Asian markets especially - Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia and Indonesia. Local language capabilities on these countries will be advantage as these will be the key hiring markets
  • Proven experience within proactive candidate sourcing and research
  • A strong track record of recruitment delivery that includes both a diverse range of skill sets and market experience
  • Ability to adjust to multiple tasks / demands and constantly shifting priorities under tight deadlines and time constraints
  • Highly consultative and enjoys having an impact on business strategy and outcome
  • Hands-on experience of Applicant Tracking Systems - preferably SmartRecruiters and/or Workday
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills
