Our client is a well-known tech MNC specializing in tech products and services. They have a dynamic culture and are on the lookout for a suitable Talent Sourcer to join their APAC recruitment team for technical hires.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the recruiters and hiring managers to understand the hiring plans
- Source for active and passive candidates to support the ongoing and future roles across various business units using different sourcing channels
- Handle high volume of candidate applications, create an active candidate pipeline and take candidates through the recruitment process
- Actively focus on candidate engagement, interview management and support hiring managers and recruiters throughout the process
- Be a guide to the stakeholders on market data and knowledge sharing
Qualifications:
- Degree holder, with at least 3+ years of sourcing/recruitment experience within an in-house or agency environment
- Prior experience in handling technical or IT positions across various different levels
- Any experience working regionally is a big plus
- Strong sourcing skills, creative idea generation and strong communication skills
- Pro?ciency and fluency in Mandarin language to support China & Taiwan market
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and flexible attitude
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
