Must have:
- Degree with at least 3-10 years of testing experience
- Experience of complete software development lifecycles - waterfall and agile project experience
- Sound understanding of retail banking and knowledge and application of banking technology and regulations/compliance
- Understanding of data security, privacy, data protection, regulatory and compliance procedures
- Strong oral communication and writing skills
- Strong team building, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Passionate and results oriented
Good to have:
- Certification for testing methodologies
- Internet Banking and Mobile Banking platform technology
- Knowledge or have worked on delivery project involving solution such as content management and device rendering products (e.g. Interwoven, HP LiveSite, Oracle Web Center Site) will be a major plus.
Essential Technical Skill:
- HP Quality Center for Test Cases and Defects Management
- HP Quick Test Pro (Functional Testing)
- HP LoadRunner (Performance Testing) - awareness
Note:
- Banking and financial services experience is necessary.
