Track & Trace Data Manager (Channel Partner Support)

The Opportunity
- Partner Support (partner training) - train partners on data submission process and requirement
- Partner Support (partner onboarding) - onboard partners to Track & Trace data reporting (get all the information needed from partners and work with company's internal team to get partners onboarded)
- Partner Support (partner enquiries) - If partners need help, engage with company's channel partners via email/call to support/clarify partner enquiries on reporting data accuracy or reporting timeliness issue
- Partner Support (partner follow up) - proactively follow up with company's channel partners if partners are not submitting timely or having data accuracy issue
- Reporting - produce regular country report to show partner data timeliness and accuracy for country Biz
- Partner Support (workshop) - engage with relevant country partners for data quality improvement
- Drive Change Management: Communicate and train partner whenever there is changes
Your Background
- Business Flair: Work in similar industry & have understanding of multi-tier distribution model e.g. knowledge of sell-in. sell-thru, sell-out concepts
- Comfortable & establish good working relationship with internal & business partners. Possess pleasant personality and able to connect well with others
- Strong & comfortable with numbers with an eye of detail
- Strong in excel (e.g. must know pivot table, formulae) & power BI skills
- Strong in powerpoint skills
- Data analytics capability: Transform data into insights
- Strong technology, process and organisation skills
