The Opportunity
As a Training Support and Development Analyst you will:
- Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems
- Assessing the business model and its integration with technology
- Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.
- Research, gather and synthesize information.
You will also be assisting in 3 areas:
- Application Training and Performance Support
- Customer Service Management
- Training and Performance Support
Your Background
To be successful in this position, you are required to have:
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Good knowledge of system/software application
- Energy and enthusiasm to motivate and engage others
