This Role:
ATE Test Development Engineer
Duration : 12 Months
Job Description :
- Responsible in development, debug, qualification, yield enhancement, and throughput optimization of device test programs.
- Design the circuits and specify components for the loadboard to be fabricated for testing of customer devices on our ATE.
- Tester program conversion, tester utility software or script development.
- Provide applications support to customers using our ATE equipment in the field, e.g. trouble-shooting test problems at customer site to determine if the cause of failure is due to test program, tester software, or tester hardware.
- Deploy and correlate final test-program at customer site.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Communications Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in writing Test Program for testing SOC, mix-signal or RF devices.
- Strong programming skills in C++
- Experience in TERADYNE ETS, MICROFLEX
Additional knowledge below will be advantageous:
- Familiar with LINUX operating system.
- 3 or more years of working experience in ATE semiconductor testing.
- Develop and debug testprogram for testers from e.g. Teradyne, Advantest, Verigy, Credence and LTX.
