Collection Analyst

The Opportunity
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Account Receivables management for the assigned portfolio (based in Asia Pacific region); duties include collections activities by telephone, dispute identification and management with appropriate follow-up
- Participation in collections review calls with internal stakeholders
- Active follow-up on delinquency status
- Reconciliation of customer accounts
- Recommendation of accounts for write-off
- Working with C&C (Credit & Collections) team on projects assigned to improve processes
- Ensure compliance with all prevailing policies and procedures
- Attend to ad-hoc job related tasks as assigned by supervisor
Your Background
- At least 2-3 years of experience in AR and collections function
- Relevant experience from technology industry or digital platform would be an advantage
- Minimum diploma or degree holder in Finance related fields
- Customer-oriented (as this is an external facing role)
- Strong communication skills with positive attitude to learn
