The Opportunity
- Collaborates closely within the Early Career team, business stakeholders and candidates to create the very best
recruitment experience for all stakeholders
- Help plan and organize engagement activities/events logistics like coordinating the presentation materials, registrations, etc) to educate and share company's proposition to attract the best early talents
- Support the recruiting cycle including, but not limited to; assisting Early Career Specialists to source, screen, schedule interviews and do follow ups with managers and candidates
- Be the key point of contact for candidates through the interview process by responding to all candidate emails and phone calls
- Track hiring status', provide accurate and timely reports
- Support the team on coordination and other administrative activities including being responsible for processing invoices and recording any spend in line with budget
Your Background
- Recent graduates with a bachelor's degree or a minimum of 2 years of recruitment coordination experience
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, follow-through and results orientation
- Ability to manage time, prioritize and escalate appropriately
- Proven team player with excellent verbal, written communication/presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills across audience levels
- Ability to handle fast-paced, high-pressured environment
- Strong PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
