Helpdesk Analyst
- Multinational insurance company
- 12 months contract, renewable
- Shift work required (schedule provided below)
- Work location: Shenton Way
The Opportunity
- To provide 1st and 2nd Level support for financial products sales applications;
- Handling incoming calls, email and face-to-face enquiries;
- Follow up and resolve issues and ensure it is closed to satisfaction;
- Trouble-shoot and investigate for root cause of reported issues, involving sql queries, and source code and log review
- To channel and escalate any unresolved issues to other stakeholders or next level within the agreed procedures;
- Document and report on all reported issues, to required procedures;
- Proactively identify areas of service and process improvement and make recommendations to the team leader;
- Any other duties assigned by the team leader for the purpose of Production support
- Shift work required to cover
- Working hours: 8 hours per day within 9am - 9pm schedule (9am to 6pm and 12nn to 9pm)
- 5 days a week, including weekends and public holiday
Your Background
- Good communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Good conflict resolution skills
- Technical skills: SQL and Java-based source codes and logs
- Good trouble-shooting skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Project and ticketing tools like Assyst, Aldon
