HR Project Manager

The Opportunity
- Serve as a People point of contact on key crisis response issues and projects in the APAC region
- Build and document processes and localized plans to support crisis response and ongoing program management on key initiatives
- Drive cross-functional teamwork, navigate interconnected networks, connect disparate perspectives, and create transparency around complex issues
- Communicate with clarity, brevity, and precision
- Acts as primary project contact on specific initiatives and projects
- Develop project plans and facilitate resolution of all issues to reach goals
- Drive issues to resolution and escalate unresolved issues to the leadership team in a timely manner including developing options and recommendations to drive critical decisions
- Coordinate, document, and assign tasks for XFN project teams
- Provides clear and concise status updates and reports to various levels of the organization
- Use data to support decision making
- Lead and manage more than one project at the same time
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Has 7+ years of experience in program management, HR operations, and global stakeholder management
- Strong project management and end-to-end delivery experience in any of these areas: HR, Legal, Security, Strategic Planning, Corporate Communications
- Ability to create structure from complex, ambiguous situations, quickly assess situations, prioritize issues, and make good decisions under pressure
- Structured, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to be agile and flexible
- Demonstrated experience working in a highly cross-functional environment
- Experience working in high-growth companies
- Ability to move fast and learn quickly by using problem-solving and consulting skills combined with a customized approach for specific teams and needs
- Ability to work with global teams and be oncall for immediate response and team activation
