The Opportunity
You will provide support to the segments manager in the Value Proposition team on timely campaign rollout and marketing fulfilment process.
- Provide marketing and administrative support to segments manager in the Value Proposition team on marketing campaigns and client fulfilment programs managed by the team
- Assist the segment manager to develop client communication materials through Marketing team and follow through to secure approvals from various stakeholders and Unit Head before communication is sent to clients
- Follow up with external partners to renew year-long usage benefits & privileges for our retail clients
- Provide administrative support to prepare the standard marketing agreement for the external partners and obtain approvals before campaign is rolled out
- Provide support to the team in adhoc projects and follow up
- Protect the Bank by complying with relevant policies, procedures and country legal/regulatory requirements
Your Background
- Diploma/Degree or experience in the relevant field
- Experience in Product/ project management support
- Experience in Consumer banking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
