Operations & Technology Support (Banking)

The Client

  • MNC Bank

The Opportunity

  • Verify orders submitted by Investment/Marketing teams via iTicket/Tradelink and reconciliation of trades
  • Perform documentation checking/ sales suitability & control/ post-trade reconcilement ensuring compliance to internal policies and regulatory guidelines
  • Follow up on approvals of trade exceptions. Ensure all approvals are lodged properly for future reference and review
  • Perform regulatory and control related reporting
  • Handle enquiries from Investment/Marketing teams for products supported including exception handling, problem resolution and trade discrepancies
  • Coordinate end-to-end order booking flow for completeness and product rollout
  • Support implementation of new policies/regulatory guidelines
  • Participate in related system enhancement, COB, UAT testing and projects implementation
  • Work towards achieving optimum productivity and accuracy

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Takes initiative and ownership of assigned tasks
  • Ability to work efficiently within the team and also as an individual contributor
  • Strong communication skills (both written & verbal) at all organizational levels
