The Opportunity
PARTNER ENGAGEMENT
- E2E company's Contact for Distributor + Reseller
- Contributes to relationship building with Distributor + Reseller
- Understands partner organisation, key practices & business model
- Ensure success of Partner Programs
- Operations Consulting & Monitoring of partner operations and compliance
- Takes E2E ownership of Distributor + Reseller escalations and drives internal teams towards resolutions
- Organizes/participates in business QBRs and virtual/F2F operational trainings for Distributor + Reseller
- Provide support on tools and processes
- Identifies opportunities for improving Distributor + Reseller satisfaction
BUSINESS UNIT ENGAGEMENT
- Sales Ops. Sub-region/Country Representation
- Interface with Business Units for all Sales Ops. channel topics (including channel programs)
- Align with Business Units on key priorities and drive implementation
- Internal Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Escalation Management (Process escalations, Senior Mgmt. escalations)
- Act as first point of contact to internal stakeholders (Country WAM/PBM)
CENTRE OF EXCELENCE ENGAGEMENT (CoE)
- Project management support for CoE (partner and Business Unit specific issues)
- Drive operational excellence with CoE for strategic partners
- Accountable for CoE KPIs
- Good understanding of company's internal organizational structure
- Provide coaching/collaboration/consulting to the CoE
- Understand COMPANY sales cycle process
- Be the change agent in company's transformation initiatives (e.g. Aurora Claimless, ERP/Simplify, SOBTPOE survey etc.)
- Ensure feedback on Business Unit, Distributor + Reseller priorities regarding process & tool development
- Build strong knowledge of company's Tool & process
- Local awareness/ review trainings, documentation
- Translations into local language
OPERATIONAL PROCESSES
- Manages Distributor & Reseller expectations through effective communication about COMPANY direct order fulfillment capabilities and delivery performance in collaboration with Supply Chain
- Reports back to Distributor/ Reseller on the delivered performance (operations reviews, periodic reporting etc.)
- Understands the sales strategy, consults with sales to maximize company's business opportunity
- Supports activities related to contract, deal, product, price and Distributor setups in company's systems
- Monitors account metrics and drives corrective actions
- Oversee the Distributor + Reseller set-up process (onboarding, tolos & access, contracts etc.)
- Involved in the operational maintenance support for Distributor + Reseller (Partner Portal, Partner Compensation, MDF payments, Operational Reviews, Physical & Financial Claims overview, Channel Data Management, Dispute Management)
- Support Channel Transformation Project through close collaboration, engagement and deployment (IQ, MPC, BMI, Deal Registration, Partner Compensation, GRS, Aurora, Amplify, Simplify)
- Act as a conduit between Project Lead and Sales/ Partners wrt communication, training and follow up
- Follow-up on Legal & Regulatory process pertaining to contract matters
- Organizes/participates in business QBRs and virtual/F2F operational trainings for Distributor + Reseller
Your Background
- University degree level education (e.g. business administration, economics, engineering, etc.).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in supply chain and customer/ partner service.
- Prior experience in IT hardware industry.
- Proven ability to collaborate and network with other groups and functions to reach business objectives
- Strong ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with Distributor + Reseller up to the Director level
- Experienced in understanding and applying organizational skills to manage daily operational issues with an
- high level of complexity
- Strong project and program management, analytical and problem-solving skills preferably within an international environment
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Good eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation)
- Strong team player and be able to work independently (self- managed)
- Ability to travel if needed
