Portfolio and Performance Management Associate

The Opportunity
Develop and drive holistic portfolio management strategy to increase portfolio growth and improve portfolio quality
- Be regional lead on performance management and reporting for Retail Segments KPIs
- Assist the Regional Portfolio & Performance Management Lead in Retail Bank- Portfolio Management integration workstream efforts, specifically to drive setting up performance management framework covering reporting setups to understand client growth drivers across dimensions
- Work with regional/ country finance and segment stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting for all Plan metrics collection, MIS/ scorecard reporting
- Lead Expense optimization and marketing expense tracking efforts across region
- Work with markets to drive Portfolio Quality and Upgrade quality across segments
Your Background
- Minimum 3 years of experience with with portfolio management / performance management in a bank/ financial services company. (Examples: tracking and reporting KPIs for senior management like sales/ retention/ attrition/ sales productivity etc.)
- Excellent working knowledge of wealth management products (Deposits, investments, FX, and Insurance)
- Proven experience of project management, with strong ability to take ownership and drive projects independently
- A strong commitment to completing deliverables on time
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (familiarity with Vlookup, Pivot tables to analyse and summarise large datasets), MS PowerPoint/ MS Word
- Possess strong analytical skills
- Proactive approach and the ability to identify potential business risks at an early stage in the project life cycle
- Track record of project delivery for large, cross-functional, highly technical and complex projects
