The Opportunity
We are looking for a Presentation Graphics Designer with SharePoint Designer solution experience to join our client's Digital Initiatives Team.
The successful candidate will actively participate in site design reviews by providing creative and practical ideas and solutions in a teamwork environment based on best practice. The Designer will also facilitate and lead the planning, design & deployment of new SharePoint sites, solutions and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand requirements stated by the client and perform detail analysis
• Propose and implement the right technical solution/design based on the client's problem area and requirements
• Work with the SharePoint designer to develop the UI/UX framework for the SharePoint
• Build the images, audio & video creatives for all SharePoint assets by partnering with relevant departments
• Review the deliverables as per the release management process
• Receiving a brief, and maybe an outline of footage and/or a shot list, script, or screenplay
• Oversee the quality and progress of audio and video engineering and editing
• Experiment with styles and techniques including the design of graphic elements

Your Background

• Degree holder in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent
• Has 2+ years of graphic designing experience
• Has a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Knowledge of digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut)
• Experience with SharePoint, Web Parts, and workflow creation
• Microsoft MCPD and/or SharePoint Online certification is a plus but not required
• Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software
• Exceptional creativity and innovation

• Accuracy and attention to detail
• An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment
• Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills including strong persuasive techniques
• Comfortable with systems, processes, technology

• Self-motivated with a positive "can-do" attitude
