Our client is a well known leading technology MNC, specializing in technical products and services. Their culture is dynamic and fast paced. They are currently hiring for a Program Coordinator for their People Operations Team.
The chosen individual will have the following responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement talent engagement programs to match top talent careers with the Company.
- Manage and oversee programs to improve processes with a high emphasis on details, quality, and the user experience. Conduct post-event reporting, data tracking and analysis.
- Manage end to end hiring projects during campus season, including sourcing strategies, timelines, and deliverables for projects.
- Make sure to meet hiring demand with minimal guidance, build and execute against an equitable, inclusive, and accessible hiring system.
- Build cross-functional relationships with partner teams to ensure a smooth delivery of online screening and hiring activities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2+ years experience in sourcing/recruiting, talent engagement, employer branding or equivalent experience.
- Experience in campus/intern hiring, especially for non-tech roles, understand local hiring challenges across APAC.
- Exposure to HR processes, such as interviewing and candidate evaluation, ability to take initiative and build effective, productive relationships while consistently and positively contributing in a high-paged, changing work environment
- Experience in program management, content creation and social media operation is a big plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
