Regional S&D - Program Manager

The Opportunity
- Lead end-to-end implementation of the Company - Win-In-Wealth On boarding to Business Regional Programs (including RM Mentoring, Sales Coaching, etc.) to equip and enable the Branch New Hires Sales Staff across markets;
- Lead the implementation in the markets of the Regional Retail Bank On-boarding and Upskilling Business Training Programs including Regional RDIP Investments & Insurance Products Certifications for Retail Sales Professionals;
- Lead end-to-end implementation of the Company - Wharton Training Programs across 17 markets;
- Support end-to-end implementation of the Company - AIA Training & Certification Programs across select markets;
- Partner and collaborate with Global, Regional and Country stakeholders in the identification of participants and implementation of all the Company - Wharton Programs (On Campus Programs, Online Courses and Remote/Virtual Class Courses) for the year to support Retail Bank Wealth Management Value Proposition of Wharton-trained Team of Wealth-Management Trusted Advisors;
- Partner and collaborate with the Company-vendors (eg. Wharton Faculty, AIA Faculty, Coursera, etc.) on implementation of the Company collaboration training programs;
- Provide regular Communications, MIS and Progress Reports to the global, region & countries stakeholders.
- Support the Regional Sales & Distribution in implementing Regional Frontline Sales Engagement Events and Campaigns to sustain engagement with Top Sales Performers across markets (e.g. RCC, CF, G2G, FastStart, etc
Your Background
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences
- Experience in Staff Learning & Development and Staff Engagement Program Management.
- Strong Interpersonal, relationship management and communication skills.
- Ability to work through developing partnerships across various X-functional teams including global, regional, markets and external vendor and partners.
- Experience, exposure and expertise in leading, developing and implementing employees training and development programs;
- Experience & exposure working with a global wealth management banking client engagements, products, processes and platforms would be an advantage;
- Experience in using digital learning platform tools and remote staff engagement platforms and capabilities; &
- Experience in coordinating and collaborating with various business and markets in implementing global &/or regional programs.
