The Opportunity
- Proactively monitor and track issues raised by control partners for timely and effective remediation and cross-dependency management between products, support teams and control functions, including pre-validation and ensuring sustainability of actions taken
- Support Business Risk and Control Team on MCA monitoring, tracking and reporting of metrics, and day to day administrative matters.
- Provide support and advisory during Compliance Assurance Testing, Internal Audits and Regulatory Exams, proposing pragmatic solutions to risk and controls issues identified.
Your Background
- Degree in Banking or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of work experience.
- Prior experience in Banking such as Lending business, in private banking, in wealth management, in business risk & control will be added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft excel, Outlook, Word
- Ability to coordinate, track and follow up on global and regional responses and communications
- Ability to understand and process complex issues and summarize into concise, easy to understand language
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work within tight deadlines, coordinating with multiple time zones
