SAP Administrator
- 6 months contract with an option to extend
- Hybrid work arrangement (2 weeks in the office and 2 weeks WFH, subject to changes)
- Work location: Jurong Island (transport pick up in Jurong East)
- 4.5 days working week (Mon, Tues, Thurs & Fri: 8.00am to 5.00pm / Wed: 8.00am to 1.30pm)

The Opportunity
- To interpret P&ID and identify equipment & instruments
- Populate identified equipment & instruments into Excel database
- Identify gaps in SAP vs populated data (above 2 points)
- Create / Update / improve SAP Equipment & Preventive Maintenance (PM) data
- Identify gaps in SAP vs Safety Critical + Quality Critical + Global Maintenance Excellence (GME) + Custody Transfer list
- Review, identify and correct non site tags in Failure Mode Effect Criticality Analysis (FMECA) & GME critical lists and update SAP as necessary
- Extract data for all Task lists for Maintenance First Line Leader to review
- Update PM type data after task list reviewed by Maintenance First Linder Leaders
- Assist Maintenance Engineer to create SAP Equipment addition/ PM change form after FMECA review / Equipment Strategy (ES) gap assessment complete
- Update SAP based on approved request/s in SharePoint SAP Equipment/PM change
- Update PM classification (New GME requirement)
Your Background
- Diploma holder in any discipline preferably business, IT or engineering related
- Candidate with Engineering background will be a plus
- Proficient with Excel & software
- Comfortable with compilation of data
- Comfortable with data analysis
- Comfortable with data entry of huge volume
- Attention to details, ability to notice data discrepancies
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
