Responsibilities:
- Handle the HR Tasks, including recruitment, training, payroll, benefits, payroll, income tax, offboarding, and government claims.
- Contribute to the review of pre-employment screening reports and undertake necessary follow-up actions.
- Prepare HR reports and surveys, including headcount and payroll reports.
- Support training processes, from enrolment to sourcing training courses for employees, and follow up on funding claims from the government when applicable.
- Initiate purchasing requisitions and collaborate with finance for timely payment, providing cost allocation for internal recharges.
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of employee data in the HR Information System (Workday).
- Execute related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in payroll operations or related areas.
- Proficiency in Workday is an added advantage.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will be a definite plus.
