About the client:

A NYSE-listed technology solutions provider with strong global presence is seeking a Solutions Sales Specialist to join their regional team. With strong revenue over USD100m last year, they are looking to expand their presence and reach aggressively in the coming financial year. Reporting to the Regional Head of Pre-Sales, and supporting a team of Enterprise Account Managers, you will partner the business closely to qualify and present a suite of products tailored to clients' requirements and needs.

Responsibilities:

  • You will provide presales design support for ICT solutions and services, including ICT products for both new and existing customers in support of sales.
  • Taking an active role from pre-sales to delivery, ensuring a high level of service quality
  • Responsible for developing product roadmaps, preparing business models and forecasts as well as budgets
  • Provide solution training to sales teams whenever there is a new product update or launch.
  • Support sales in positioning billable consulting work to customers when such services will facilitate progression towards or closure of Company's products and solutions
  • You will be responsible for responding to RFPs for ICT solutions for the APAC region

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified (ideally in Computer Studies, Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications), you will have a minimum of 5 years pre-sales experiences role
  • Professional qualifications such as CCNP, CCIE, CISSP is a bonus
  • Well-presented and possessing strong problem-solving skills, you will have demonstrated ability in managing both business and technical decision makers in customers organisations.
  • Sound knowledge in networking technology and good exposure in SIEM and project management will be highly regarded
  • High level of proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin to communicate with native North Asia clients.
