MISSION DETAILS
- Support the Store Manager in implementing the store strategy to achieve the best sales performance, creating a tailored 360° experience for the customer.
- Actively contribute to the development and implementation of commercial action plans aimed at improving sales for each product category and customer segment.
- Demonstrate top-notch personal and commercial leadership by playing an active role on the ground to provide excellent and specialized customer service and develop meaningful and loyal customer relationships through customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives.
- Ensure efficiency and effectiveness in sales areas in terms of customer service, presentation, merchandise, cleanliness, maintenance, etc., taking steps to resolve issues with positive results.
- Establish and maintain relationships with sales advisors, thereby fostering a sense of belonging and a positive, future-oriented mindset.
