The Opportunity

As a Factory Planner, you will be managing supply chain activities, such as demand and supply analysis, Inventory management, Production Planning till Order fulfilment to downstream partners or customers. While doing this then grow your own career further through a variety of paths inside one of the world's leading technology companies.

  • Manage and responsible for supply chain activities, such as demand and supply analysis, Inventory management, Production Planning till Order fulfilment to downstream partners and customers.
  • Extract and integrate all necessary info (Demand, Inventory, Cost) from S4/SAP to execute the demand and supply matching activities so to ensure Assurance of supply (100% On-Time Delivery) meeting inventory target.
    You need to discuss and publish Production Build Plan to internal stakeholder (Operation, Purchasing and Engineer) via weekly Production review.
  • To present forecast outlook and Performance metric to management via monthly review meetings.
  • Review performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Involved in ISO or QSA audit.
  • Work with downstream operation on submission of Quarterly inventory flash and to plan in due diligently to meet inventory target.
  • Collaborate with different organization across Global Business Partner (Israel), Internal Procurement, finance, operation, technical team, logistics and on Supply Chain related functions for products that under your care.

Your Background

  • University degree with a focus in Supply Chain/Logistics or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Supply Chain functions.
  • Experience of working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
  • Self- starter.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, growing, and ambiguous environment.
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain Processes (Forecast, Plan, sources, make, deliver& to right stocks with right products).
  • Knowledge of analytical and data modeling skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills - ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven relationship management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Extensive understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP), master scheduling; knowledge in S4 will be an added advantage.
  • Developed leadership skills including team building and conflict resolution and management.
