The Opportunity
- Support product managers on system maintenance and upgrades on key insurance application
- Support product managers on system enhancement, involve in discussion with Technology and Application Team on business requirement from grooming call till production cutover
- Ensure all necessary approvals are obtained before initiatives/ project enhancement cutover in Production
- Support in project management and tester in end-to-end UAT and key coordinator working with end user on production regression testing
- Key liaison on production issue and regression testing working closely with end user, Technology, Application Team and Operations team till issues resolved entirely
- Develop interim process and seek relevant approvals on deliverables that pending system enhancement
- Support product managers in completing the quarterly assessment and attestation in Risk and Control system
- Ensure periodic assessment is performed on timely manner
- Support in preparing training materials and prepare communicate on system related changes/ upgrade/maintenance to Sales platform
- Support Product team in following through with stakeholders on approvals on controls or processes changes
- Provide support to Product Managers on insurance provider(s) due diligence periodic renewal
Your Background
- Diploma or experience in the relevant field
- Experience in Consumer banking, process and system testing
- Product or project management support will be advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
