- Technical lead to manage day-to-day operations teams across a few sites.
- Examples of duties includes patching, OS upgrade, troubleshooting with vendor, lead and guide junior engineers/operators, prepare monthly operation KPI reports
- Secondary cover for Resident engineer for a customer site
- Willingness to learn new technologies, e.g Cloudera.
- 6-8 years of experience in installation and support of the following technologies: Windows server, MS Exchange, Office365, Patch Management, Active Directory and VMWare
- MS Azure Cloud Admin (must)
- Preferably with Microsoft Certified Solution Expert (MCSE)
- ITIL version 3 or above certification.
- Understand IT operations, technology and maintaining computer network systems.
