The Opportunity
- Regular training attendance tracking and training progress reporting to the senior management
- Create new courses in Learning Systems such as LMS and Degreed Pathway
- Training vendors onboarding and collaborations
- Create training strategy related decks and materials
Your Background
- Possess some experience in business/technical competences in Wealth Management & Private Banking;
- Experience & exposure working with a global private baking and wealth management banking client engagements, products, processes and platforms would be an advantage;
- Experience in using digital learning platform tools and remote staff engagement platforms and capabilities.
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong data management and reporting skills
- Be able to navigate around different systems and portals
- Detail-oriented with a can-do attitude
- Fast learner and self-driven in a new team set-up
