Our Client is a well -known leading technology MNC, specializing in technical products and services. Their culture is dynamic and fast paced. They are currently hiring for an Account Manager for their Hotel Ads team.
This Account Manager will work with the regional sales team and own a portfolio of Hotel Ads partner accounts, helping these clients to best leverage our Hotel Ads product in order to meet their business goals.
- Grow Hotel Ads revenue for top tier Travel customers through excellent communication, detailed account management and innovative problem solving.
- Develop forward thinking, data-driven analysis and recommendations that align with client goals and quantify high-impact opportunities.
- Broker relationships with the clients and identify new opportunities for clients to increase advertising scale and performance.
- Serve as a liaison between team & clients regarding new product launches and advertising opportunities focused on client objectives.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to drive short and long-term growth.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Min 3+ years of experience in account management, customer service or related roles preferably from a travel industry.
- Fluent in English and Japanese (native) to liaise with Japanese speaking clients and customers.
- Great Analytical Skills.
- Great Communication Skills.
