Technical Solutions Consultant

  • 3 years contract role

The Opportunity

  • Support technical escalated cases in scope via remote and when required with onsite support in keeping in the Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Lead Customer Expectation management as part of escalation process
  • Participate in weekly technical escalation calls for updates
  • Proactive customer visits as part of service and as and when required with sales
  • Perform knowledge transfer activities with customers when required
  • Extend technical support outside of Singapore to greater Asia Pacific & Japan when the need arises
  • Part Approval Support
  • OOBQ case management
  • CPO - Certified Preowned Press support

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • E2E monitoring of industrial printers installations and relocations within Asia Pacific that are conducted by appointed channel partner - specifically in terms of installation quality (press build quality, parts failures, or defects (out of box quality OOBQ)
  • Apply technical knowledge to manage and scrutinize spare parts orders in ensuring right parts are ordered as per issue reported, correct part numbers used
  • Participate in the CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) process as a certified engineer, to recondition used presses based on company procedures

  • Problem solving skills
  • Technically inclined
  • Team player, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-changing environment
  • English proficiency required
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Experience with multicultural environments is a plus
