QUALIFICATION
- Atleast 1 year of relevant experience as a production support
- Knowledge in banking environment is preferred
- ITIL best practices knowledge
- Customer service oriented and proactive mindset
- Technical skills required as below
- Knowledge on production applications
- Knowledge on WAS, Websphere and oracle DB2 and SQL with ability to query
- Write commands and automate scripts
- Knowledge on windows scripting and active directory
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performing all run activities, ensuring:
- SLA and priorities are respected ;
- Appropriate reaction, in line with the severity of an incident or escalation;
- Troubleshooting is performed and a full root cause analysis is undergone to understand the origin of an issue;
- Handling escalation on actions from Production Engineers Level 2 and Level 3 (incident, request, change):
- Escalation to the Service Manager when required;
- Collaboration between various teams (ITDS and Helpdesk Support) and Client's IT teams;
- Continuous improvement of service:
- Proposal of improvement and solution to reduce repetitive tasks;
- Enhancement of monitoring of applications
