The Opportunity

Global Interchange is responsible for executing the deployment of interchange strategies with the objective of driving growth, adoption and revenue growth for the company network globally. Interchange is a critical lever in driving these objectives and is central to company's business.

  • Manage the development of technical solutions for the implementation of interchange strategies in AP and CEMEA markets for assigned projects
  • Review technical design documents, test and UAT deliverables and performs post implementation reviews to ensure project success
  • Update MVV system logic to support unique interchange assessment for key merchants in AP and CEMEA markets
  • Support interchange qualification questions/research raised by Client Support and other internal teams
  • Coordinate with manager and regional peers on country-specific interchange initiatives
  • Support operational and compliance issues related to interchange that arise within AP and CEMEA markets

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
  • Open to candidates with no experience
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a business analyst role in software or financial services
  • Good working knowledge of payment processing systems including message routing, authorization, and clearing & settlement is an added advantage
  • Excellent time management, organization and planning skills
  • Ability to comprehend and translate business issues and apply to technical solutions
  • Able to set priorities, influence others and manage client expectations
  • Demonstrated success in client relationship management
  • Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to achieve results as part of an effective team, and ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task under deadlines
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills are required
  • Team collaboration demonstrated by desire and willingness to share knowledge with a broader team and be receptive to new ideas and changes
  • Be able to learn and acquire knowledge in new technologies in keeping step with market developments
  • Willingness to take on new challenges, explore new ideas and be flexible with changing priorities
