Customer Service/ Helpdesk Agent
- 12 months contract role
- Working Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm

The Opportunity
- First level helpdesk to respond to calls
- Provide first call resolution to users who called into the hotline
- Public-facing, will advise on issues
- Liaise with other support teams or product teams as required to resolve requests/ issues in a timely manner
- Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents
- Primary responsibilities are focused on customer contact
- Perform outbound calls to users who requested for callback
- Handle emails as assigned by Team Leader
- Handle responses via the Chatbot Agent
Your Background
- Primary Skill required: Customer Experience Management
- At least 1 year of experience in inbound call center handling government projects
- Must be able to take stress of answering calls from members of public
- Minimum education qualification is O Levels
