Customer Service/ Helpdesk Agent

  • 12 months contract role
  • Working Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm

The Opportunity

  • First level helpdesk to respond to calls
  • Provide first call resolution to users who called into the hotline
  • Public-facing, will advise on issues
  • Liaise with other support teams or product teams as required to resolve requests/ issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents
  • Primary responsibilities are focused on customer contact
  • Perform outbound calls to users who requested for callback
  • Handle emails as assigned by Team Leader
  • Handle responses via the Chatbot Agent

Your Background

  • Primary Skill required: Customer Experience Management
  • At least 1 year of experience in inbound call center handling government projects
  • Must be able to take stress of answering calls from members of public
  • Minimum education qualification is O Levels
