Our client is one of the largest investment bank in the world that offers investment management, securities, asset management, prime brokerage, and securities underwriting.
The team is responsible to create new client entities ensuring right documentation is in place, closely working with multiple other teams in the firm. Team performs maintenance of the client entity records by proactive ref data management (external data vendors) and any other requester groups within the firm.

- Maintenance of the client entity records by proactive ref data management (external data vendors) and any other requester groups within the firm
- Maintenance of the regulatory attributes and its accuracy
- Lead and contribute to strategic projects related to Entity Management functions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Preferably with minimum 1-2 years of related work experience
- Responsible to create new client entities ensuring right documentation is in place
- Maintenance of the client entity records by proactive ref data management (external data vendors) and any other requester groups within the firm
- Maintenance of the regulatory attributes and its accuracy
- Conduct data curation to assess themes of in-accuracy in the client reference data, suggest improvement methods and translate them into reality
- Lead and contribute to strategic projects related to EMMA and Entity Management functions
- A sound understanding of the KYC/Client On Boarding function
- Understand the concept of legal entity attributes and how these can impact the myriad downstream systems
- Ability to drive strategic projects and initiatives that reinforce our goal towards industrialization
- Influencing reference data quality improvement by identifying data anomaly pattern, and suggesting modes of improvement
- Brainstorm ways to enhance systems, existing processes, and manual touch points for efficiency gains
- Client Service - Resolution of queries in a timely and effective manner
- Risk Management - Identify potential risks in operational processes; develop and implement controls to mitigate risk
- Analytical Thinking - Articulate huge data set into meaningful informationExperience with Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, Data Warehousing, Defensive Design Methods and RPA robotics is also a plus.
