Helpdesk Support Analyst
  • Multinational insurance company
  • 6-7 months contract
  • Work location: Shenton Way
  • Shift work required
    • 8 hours per day within 9am to 9pm schedule
    • 5 days a week, including weekends and public holiday
The Opportunity
  • To provide 1st and 2nd Level support for financial products sales applications;
  • Handling incoming calls, email and face-to-face enquiries;
  • Follow up and resolve issues and ensure it is closed to satisfaction;
  • Trouble-shoot and investigate for root cause of reported issues, involving sql queries, and source code and log review
  • To channel and escalate any unresolved issues to other stakeholders or next level within the agreed procedures;
  • Document and report on all reported issues, to required procedures;
  • Proactively identify areas of service and process improvement and make recommendations to the team leader;
  • Any other duties assigned by the team leader for the purpose of Production support

  • Good conflict resolution skills
  • Technical skills: SQL and Java-based source codes and logs
  • Good trouble-shooting skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Project and ticketing tools like Assyst, Aldon
