The Opportunity
- Provide local insights - identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats relevant for Platform's success in Vietnam
- Explore, identify and execute on strategic growth opportunities
- Ensure the Platform's family of apps is fully functional and well adapted to be successful in Vietnam
- Partner with the analytics organization to validate key findings with data
- Drive solutions with product management for identified market specific product issues and gaps
- Track progress of market specific product improvements and measure impact
- Leverage usability studies, research and market analysis to drive market specific product insights into execution
- Understand Platform's strategic and competitive position in the region and work to improve it
Your Background
- Extensive knowledge of Vietnam landscape of applications in a variety of use cases e.g. commerce, messaging, digital payments and consumer technology
- 5+ years in product management or product marketing in digital products or tech companies
- Experienced partnering with product management or product growth at a global scale
- Experience with social products, technologies and platforms is strongly desired
- Experience influencing multiple stakeholders at a global scale
- Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized, hands-on and a self-starter
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment
- Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills in English
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese
- Role will be based in Singapore
- Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web and mobile applications
- BA/BS in Computer Science, engineering or related technical field or equivalent working experience will be a plus
