The Opportunity
- Partner with country sales to plan quarterly core product list and SKU level forecast
- Partner with country sales to plan quarterly promotion calendar and campaigns needed to deliver sales target
- Partner with country sales to define hero SKUs and promotion mechanism for major campaigns and monitor execution of all campaigns and promotions
- Follow up and execute monthly OLS campaigns and ad hoc campaigns
- Monitor business performance, inventory status, and store operations
- Audit online store experience and in-depth analysis (using Google Analytics/Power BI) of OLS performance and use the analysis and data to provide suggestions on improvement of merchandising
- Support NPI and EOL product management (timeline launch of new products and removal of EOL products)
- Follow up program rebate planning, approval and payout with OPS team and ensure flawless execution
- Follow up the progress of key features and functions requested
Your background
- Degree holder
- Has 2+ years of ecommerce, digital marketing or other online related working experience
- Self-motivated and able to work under limited supervision
- Good communication skills
- Fast learner
