A global Internet brand is hiring an Online Content Strategist to be part of their Business & Content Strategy team for 6-months contract. The ideal person for this role comes with at least 5 years of product content strategy experience within online, web or mobile. You are comfortable to work in a cross-functional and fast-moving organisation that prioritise innovation and quality results. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will be in-charge of product content strategy across all online and web-based interfaces. Ensure relevant and up to date information or content for company usage. You will be managing content for microcopy, product launch, manual and guides etc.
- Consistently identify area for improvement to ensure quality deliverables for both local and global audience
- Maintain consistent communications messaging as well as content standards across all platforms
- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders - engineers, product marketers, designers etc. to produce quality and useful online/digital content
- Ability to translate technical concepts to language understandable by general audience
- Provide feedback to the team and consistently improving all communications materials
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree with 5 - 8 years of product content strategy experience within internet, mobile, tech industry
- You must have experience working on web-based and mobile application communications content
- B2B/Corporate content strategy experience - i.e. product launch, e-guide, transactional emails etc.
- UX writing skills is required for this role
- Keen to commit for 6 months contract
