Job Responsibilities:
- Co-lead the development and execution of the Android marketing strategy for IN and KR, including setting annual goals for 2024, creating channel specific communication plans, and managing execution.
- Partner with India and Korea team to co-develop annual strategy, drive execution for campaigns, measure results and share learnings with regional and global teams.
- Develop insights, track results and ROI to report back to global/regional marketing teams.
- Mine user insights through internal data as well as occasional ad-hoc market research to inform strategy and campaign development.
- Share best practices with our internal marketing teams and external partners.
- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders across company to evaluate the marketing opportunities from a strategic, financial and operational perspective. Propose and secure budgets for execution.
- Shape creative strategy, monitor and evaluate performance, and share campaign learnings with relevant teams.
Job Requirements:
- MBA or Masters degree in marketing 8+ years of leadership experience in creating and executing innovative marketing campaigns, within a leading consumer technology, consumer electronics, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) company.
- Experience in partner marketing .Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate across multiple partners and stakeholders to achieve successful, sustainable business results.
- Ability to use insights and data to inform strategies, improve results, and drive innovative thinking.
- Excellent vocal and written communication skills.
