The Opportunity
- Lead / Co-lead cross functional strategic projects to meet the Company's business objectives
- Identify, recommend, and implement opportunities for improvement across the entire supply chain to ensure best in class - supply chain, process, quality and cost
- Performs deep analysis by applying knowledge of supply chain, regulations, policies, and processes
- Mini projects to research on supply chain competitive landscape in APJ or WW
Your Background
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or Engineering with a minimum of 1 year of working experience in manufacturing environment preferably in electronics manufacturing
- Prior experience in Supply Chain Program Management will be added advantage
- Basic understanding of Program/Project Management
- Ability to collaborate well within a team
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Well organize with good follow-up to ensure all assigned actions are tracked and closed
