Due to growth our client is seeking an Implementation Engineer to join their team. Working closely with the client and stakeholders you will be responsible to gather requirements, customize the solution and be able to roll your sleeves up to implement the software. This role will configure the software and provide ongoing support if required.
Responsibilities:
- Participate and conduct workshops during the analysis and design stages of the project
- Interface with the client, map their requirements to the product experts and document team
- Function as a trusted advisor for best practice and drive further adoption of the solutions
- Evaluate, install, configure and deploy new applications, systems software/products and enhancements to existing applications
- Provide technical support to customers for product integration and during project implementations
Requirements:
- Extensive working experience in Bigdata stack, web servers, application servers and database systems
- Strong customer facing experience with excellent communication
- Demonstrates sound knowledge in implementing technical products, deployment and configuration required for installing
- Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate customer concerns and opportunities
- Self-motivated, solutions driven, detail-oriented and organized
