Our Client
Technology MNC, specializing in technical products and services. Their culture is dynamic and fast-paced. With the expansion plan, the client is looking to hire an experienced Solution Consultant to join their Singapore team.
The Opportunity
The Solutions Consultant is responsible for providing guidance and consulting on client-facing solutions leveraging on a different cloud platform.
The Solutions Consultant participates in delivery activities on select engagements for the client and with partners within the region.
- Evaluating the information gathered through workshops and stakeholder meetings
- Solving complex problems in a highly dynamic and agile environment
- Being a Subject Matter Expert on ServiceNow/FreshWorks, practices, and familiar in multiple cloud environments
- Demonstrate to customers and prospects the experience of developing and extending applications on the platform
- Perform on-going support for customers
- Conduct architectural and/or technical workshops that may include enablement sessions
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through high-quality delivery
Your Background
- 2-3 years of professional experience
- Extensive JavaScript knowledge
- Extensive ServiceNow/FreshWorks configuration knowledge
- Database knowledge (MySQL/Oracle/MariaDB)
- Web Service experience (REST/SOAP)
- Workflow Automation
- HTML, CSS, AngularJS
- Familiar with Agile/SCRUM methodology
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science/Engineering)
- Preferably ServiceNow Certified
- Preferably Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
- Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM/ITBM/SAM/ITOM
- Preferred ITIL V3 Certified
- Demonstrates strong coding style and practices
- Willing to travel
- Ability to work & deliver remotely under minimum supervision
