Key Responsibility:
- Develop and maintain the Enterprise Architecture Policy, the Group IT Enterprise Architecture and Business Units Architecture and Roadmap.
- Govern IT domains in developing and maintaining the domains reference architecture, technology standards and roadmap.
- Govern project solutions in compliance to published reference architecture, blueprint and roadmap and is affordable, scalable, adaptable and in sync with ever changing business needs. (Singapore)
- Develop, maintain and support the Enterprise Architecture Repository as the Enterprise Architecture Knowledge Base. Promote its use in documenting the enterprise architecture assets - business processes, applications, data, infrastructure and projects.
- Perform secretariat duty in the Architecture Review Board (ARB).
- Resolve cross-boundary / domain architecture issues (Singapore).
- Be the liaison and expert on all EA-related advisory (Singapore).
Requirement
- Tertiary Qualifications in Telecommunications Engineering or Information Technology
- Broad technology and financial service experience
- Excellent analytical and technical skills
- Program Management, Project Management and Change Management
- Mastering of one or more architecture and design area - business model / process, application, data, integration (SOA), infrastructure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding stakeholder mgmt., people and leaderships skills
- Strong outcome focus
- Strong commercial and business acumen
- Good Telecommunication domain knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of EA framework - Pragmatic EA Framwork, TOGAF, TM Forum Frameworx)
- Good to have:
- Proven delivery track record driving technology change in a complex, multi-business unit environment
- Experience in the Development and operation of IT Services
- Experience with formulating investment plans, encompassing technology strategy linked to financial objectives
