Audiovisual Engineer
- 12 months contract role, with potential extension
- Work Location: Tuas (monthly transport allowance to be provided)
The Opportunity
- Manage all virtual demo AV, OBS and Zoom
- Plan all virtual demo request from countries and schedule and send invite
- Manage all AV equipment in good condition and inventory
- Work closely with the Centre of Excellence (COE) team on all virtual demo request
- Constantly look for new ideal to improve the virtual experience
- Edit and stitch all video after each virtual demo and activities
- Work closely with BCN on improving the Power APP tools
- Always maintain and tidy virtual tools after each demo
- Upload all the video into the company's Mainstream library after each session
- Support regional webinar and DSCOOP conference webinar
- COE webinar is mainly product webinar
Your Background
- OBS and Zoom experience in operating the webinar
- Ability to edit the video into short clip and stitch video to join into different session
- Able to work late due to India time webinar session when needed
- Knowledge on VOOM and WeChat platform an advantage
- Some IT and AR knowledge also an advantage
- Fluent in Chinese as resource would need to work with China, Taiwan and HK to plan the webinar
