Role purpose
This role will be supporting day to day Backup Recovery related activities/tasks. Supporting application and infrastructure projects and daily production support
Job Description
- Atleast 7 years of experience as Storage and Backup administration with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills on AIX/Solaris/Linux
- Experience on EMC Networker and VEEAM Expertise with Data domain Virtual Tape Library (VTL) is required
- Regional or global experience is good to have
- Knowledge in Microsoft Azure backup services is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge on backup concept, procedures and replication architecture
- Good team player with relationship building skills, problem solving & decision-making skills
- Possess strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities
