The Chosen individual will have the following responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead contributions in researching, structuring, and executing analyses required to develop recommendations.
- Analyze data to identify new opportunities and execute analyses that impact operational and financial goals.
- Develop an analysis roadmap, establish goals, coordinate resources, and provide leadership in line with long-term objectives, with direction from senior leaders only where needed.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and help teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives
- Drive multiple teams, potentially with conflicting priorities, to manage complex problems by evaluating internal and external risk of action plans
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent with min 5 years of experience in business operations. Knowledge of the management process of business operations for a given product, service, or domain
- Ability to create dashboards to link, report, and analyze metrics based on available data. This includes the ability to prepare effective presentations in content and function, and to speak competently to the level of the audience
- Data analysis and synthesis Ability to analyze information, draw conclusions, generate alternatives and solutions, and evaluate outcomes
- Ability to effectively prioritize work, display reasonable judgment in setting priorities, and recognizing when help is needed
- SQL, Statistical analysis Knowledge of advanced statistical methods used to analyze data.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
