Role Purpose

  • The Delivery Performance function supports the achievement of strategic goals. It helps our businesses think beyond immediate needs by focusing on what our Technology & Operations (Tech/Ops) plans. This role supports data management and visualization to enable performance measures analysis.
  • This role will focus on generating reports and analyzing data from all business units while other team members focus on strategic discussions with each business units and overall portfolio and performance management.
  • This role will complement the team by ensuring consistent quality reports and analysis.

Requirements

Professional Experience

  • At least 8 years in finance area, preferably controlling and planning functions
  • Experience in a mature enterprise environment, familiar with the use of industry-standard management processes
  • Hands-on experience in management reporting systems, including the conceptualization, development, and implementation of management dashboards

Knowledge & Competencies

  • Able to structure and run data analysis tasks and able to present complex business data to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Able to handle financial data together with operational and non-structured data to produce a coherent report
  • Able to work independently under situations where there is no direct line of command or control
  • Understands management processes and can demonstrate where data analytics has been applied on multiple occasions
  • Understands industry regulatory & compliance requirements

  • Has a basic design concept and able to produce work outputs of professional impressions
